Gong Meditation with Monika Kralj
Gong meditation, or as it is popularly called - Gong Bath or Sound Bath promotes a state of deep relaxation; it will leave you feeling refreshed and revitalised.
You have a chance to immerse yourself in sacred and healing sound and vibrations of Gongs, Himalayan Singing Bowls and other ancient and modern instruments.
During a gong meditation you might experience a sense of connectedness and peace as the sacred sound of the gongs clear blockages and restore the free flow of vital energy throughout your body. Sound of the Gongs has the ability to induce spontaneous meditative state and it offers you to access the parts of your mind that are usually closed, resulting in a sense of expanded awareness and higher consciousness. It helps to stop the constant “chatter” of our minds.
All you need to do is lie down and let the sound waves wash over you.
* * * Please bring with you a yoga mat (or similar), blanket, cushion, bottle of water to keep you hydrated and anything you need to make yourself comfortable for the journey on the wings of Gongs. * * *
